Reading Partners

Flip the penguin did a quick dance. He had an itch on his back. "I will get the itch!" said Flip. He did a stretch, but he was lacking the skill to get it. He did a twist, but he still had the itch. Flip had a plan. He went to a long plank of wood. He did a scratch on the plank. The itch was gone! Flip did a fun jig. It was a thrill to get rid of the itch.

Mitch went to twist and bend, but his legs felt tense.

"I must ditch this class, " he said in a sad trance.

On the path, he had to stop. "What is that?" he said.

Mitch felt his legs twitch. He had a bad itch!

He had  to twist, bend, and jump to scratch the itch. 

Vince got a glimpse of this fit and ran to Mitch.

""You CAN dance, Mitch!" Vince said. "You must get back to class!""

Mitch went back to dance class with a big grin!
