Stan the pup was sleepy.

He was antsy.

His bed was not right.

He had a big, puffy bed, but it felt bumpy.

It was a ghastly mess.

"This bed is filthy," Stan said.

"I can not get comfy," he said.

He hopped off the bed.

He tirelessly went to find a new place to nap.

He saw a mat.

The mat was too flat.

He saw a rug.

The rug was too thin.

Stan was drowsy and grumpy.

He went to the big room.

A man was on the big, puffy chair.

Stan looked at the man.

The man kindly patted his lap.

Stan hopped up.

He turned and turned.

He finally got comfy on the man's lap.

Stan easily fell fast asleep.

The man smiled sweetly.
