Knox had a knack for knitting.

He would knit hats, scarves, and socks for his pals who live in the woods.

One morning, there was a knock. Knox went to the doorknob and twisted it.

It was his pal Max who gave a shiver. "I am freezing!" he said.

Knox gave a smile. "I can help!" he said.

Max went in the den. Knox sat down and started knitting a hat. His paws were quick.

He made a knot and gave it a puff on top.

Just then, the yarn got stuck. "It is all knotted!" he said.

He knelt down on his knees and undid the big knot.

Soon, the hat was finished, and he gave it to his pal Max.

"It fits! You are the best!" Max said. He gave Knox a hug.

"I am glad to help," Knox said with a smile. Max was glad to help a pal in need.
