Climb for Crumbs
Richie the groundhog would climb.
He knew how to climb the knoll by the big oak tree.
When he climbed, he would look for crumbs.
While Richie climbed, he saw a honeycomb!
“Yum!” he said. He climbed up to the honeycomb.
Richie would love a crumb of the honeycomb.
He knocked on the honeycomb. A bee zipped out!
Richie wriggled.
He climbed down.
He did not want the honeycomb now!
He would look for crumbs of bread.
Richie climbed down and saw a crumb.
Yum!
