Tim lost his gold bank. Ann did not scold him.

"I can help you find it!" Ann told Tim.

Tim sat up with a jolt. "We can look in my old desk," he said. The bank was not in the desk.

"We can fold the quilt," Ann told Tim. "The bank could be in your bed."

They did not see the bank in the bed.

Tim got a box from the chest. "Hold the box, Ann. I will lift the lid and check in it."

The gold bank was in the box! Tim was glad that he had such a kind friend to help him.
