At the Pond
Tim is a dog.
He is a big, glad dog.
Tim likes to run and jump.
Tim can flip and flop.
He likes to sit and hop.
Tim likes to dig.
One day, Tim ran to a pond.
He saw a big, slim frog.
The frog slid in the pond.
Tim sat by the pond.
He did not jump in.
The sun was hot.
Tim went next to the pond.
Plop! Tim slid in.
But Tim is glad. He is not hot.
