Quincy lived near a desert station, where he loved mixing desert safe potions. His goal was to enter the invention convention held once a year at the cactus junction.

This year, Quincy had a big ambition: to create a lotion that could stop the sting of scorpion tails! 

He called it the “No Sting Potion.” He worked with great devotion, following every step of the instructions.

But one morning, there was a big disruption. The wind knocked over his shelf and ruined his creation. 

He paused in reflection, wondering if there was still a solution.

Then he remembered: his best friend, Nova the newt, had a collection of desert safe lotions.

 He sent a message with clear directions.

Nova rushed over, bringing extra potions and offering help with the final mix.

Together, they made an even better lotion, just in time for the convention.

At the event, his invention got a standing ovation. He felt a warm sensation of pride.

From that day on, Quincy always kept a spare creation and remembered that even a big disruption can lead to a better solution.
