Ahmed's Big Trip
Ahmed lived in a small home. He woke up as the sun rose, full of wishes for the day. He was inches away from his fun trip to the city.
Today he was all set to take a trip to the big city with some of the classes at his school. Ahmed and his pals were going to ride on buses to go to a museum.
The buses stopped in front of the school. Ahmed sat next to the window.
The buses passed cats in bushes, dogs in yards, and birds on benches. Then Ahmed saw the city.
Ahmed was excited. He had not seen tall buildings before. The bus stopped in front of a huge museum.
In the museum, were dresses and sashes from old times, vases with strange shapes, and a display of foxes on grasses. Ahmed and his pals raced from one spot to the next, their eyes wide.
After a while, the classes sat down on some benches to have their lunches. The food they ate was full of spices.
After lunch, Ahmed and his class went to the space spot and saw stars through big glasses and touched space rocks.
As the day came to an end, Ahmed and his pals felt glad. All of Ahmed's wishes had come true and Ahmed and his pals had a fun day.
Back on the bus, Ahmed and his pals shared the best times of the day.
Some loved the tales of old dresses and sashes and others loved the foxes.
Ahmed thought it was all grand. He loved the dishes they ate, the exhibits they saw, and all that they learned.
Finally the bus got to Ahmed's home. He got off the bus, thanked his teachers and ran to his home.
He told his mom and dad about all of the things he saw.
As Ahmed went to bed, he felt glad for the fun trip with his classes.
